Brian Stilwell

Brian Stilwell is a Project Manager for the Geo-Interactive Project at the UMass Lowell Climate Change Initiative, which is bringing the World Climate simulation and sustainability education to low-income, first-generation-in-college students around the US.  He holds a B.S. in Natural Resources and Biology & Society from Cornell University and brings more than 10 years of experience working in the fields of youth climate education, leadership development and activism with organizations like Sunrise Movement, the Alliance for Climate Education, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and the Sierra Club.  

Brian believes in the power of young people to bring about the social change we need to create a more just, fair and sustainable world.  When not working at UMass Lowell, Brian can be found organizing with Sunrise, where he holds a national position building and growing the youth climate justice movement.
